Public rooms with 3+ participants and no active seed can fall back to the Public Purse. Each room can spend at most $0.15 per participant from it over its lifetime, so a single popular room can't drain it.

There's no donor account. Re-enter the key to check or top up later. To revoke unspent donations early, revoke the key in your Anthropic settings.

Whole dollars, $1–$25. The cap is the maximum live exposure on this key in the Purse; you can raise it later by re-donating.

Maximum 7 days. After the window expires, the key is forgotten.
